Using Game Theory to Determine the Optimal Strategy for the Transportation Sector in Iraq

In this paper, game theory was used and applied to the transport sector in Iraq, as includes two axes, public axis second private axis, each of these axes several types transport, namely (sea air land by rail, port transport) travel tourism sector, lacks competitive advantage matrix for formed after applying MinMax-MaxMin principle all its stages, it found that there an equilibrium point except last stage where not available Therefore, use linear programming method solve matrix, because a degree (5 * 5), so result reached investment field railways would achieve highest possible profit ports least loss.
